My Journey To is an online subscription service offered by The Crucible Project providing recorded and live sessions designed for personal growth and development. Participation will be governed by the Subscriber’s Participation Agreement.
Membership
My Journey To Membership subscriptions are monthly, beginning on the date of registration. Subsequent months are automatically charged to the payment account designated by members at registration, or as subsequently modified.
Benefits
All My Journey To members are entitled to unlimited access to the My Journey To Library of recorded soul care sessions. All My Journey To members are entitled to attend Live My Journey To Connection Events. All My Journey To members are entitled to access to the My Journey To Self-Assessment Tool.
Silver Membership Tier
Beyond the benefits all members enjoy, Silver level members are further entitled to a 17% discount off the price of Live My Journey To Workshops. Silver level members are also entitled to a 7% discount on My Journey To Coaching and My Journey To Groups.
Gold Membership Tier
Beyond the benefits all members enjoy, Gold level members are further entitled to unlimited access to Live My Journey To Workshops. Silver level members are also entitled to a 14% discount on My Journey To Coaching and My Journey To Groups.
Access to My Journey To Service
In order to access the My Journey To services, the member must provide themselves with a connection to the Internet. My Journey To is not responsible for service interruptions due to lack of Internet access.
Cancelation
You may cancel your My Journey To subscription or reduce your My Journey To subscription tier at any time. These changes will affect all future billings. The current membership level will remain active until the end of the current billing period, typically between one and four weeks. No refunds will be given. Select the Subscriptions Button on the My Account page to modify your membership.
Upgrades
Upgrades to membership level take place immediately. The currently billing cycle remains the same and future months are billed at the new rate, based on the selected membership tier. A prorated amount, covering the difference in fees between the former and new tier, may be charged, based on the amount of time left in the billing cycle. Select the Subscriptions Button on the My Account page to modify your membership.
Event Registrations
Registrations for paid My Journey To events — which include workshops and groups — may be cancelled any time up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Email memberservices@myjourneyto.com to request an event cancellation. Please put Cancellation in the Subject of the email.
