These sessions explore the concept of self-care, an often-neglected practice, even though it was modelled by Jesus.  How can you take care of your heart, head, and body in a kinder way?  The sessions explore a number of different self-care practices that you can consider adding to your life.  We invite you to experience the Intro Session first.  Then choose any of the self-care practice sessions that you believe might be helpful to you.  The Wrap Up session would be best experienced after you go through the practice sessions of interest to you.  (7-20 mins.)
