My Journey To is an all-in-one online tool for men and women with an innovative approach to ‘Soul Care Anywhere.’ Life is tough, challenging, and difficult to navigate on your own and sometimes we may feel alone and out of place. While we go through many of these rough patches in our lives, it is always good to know that we truly are not alone and we are capable of overcoming the obsticles that life throws our way.  We created this resource to help you on your journey to live your life to its greatest potential. We desire to help people grow in the areas of renewal, wellness and belonging. All of our content is developed and shared by men and women who have been where you are and have invested years of time and training into their own and others’ soul work. We know that it can be scary to reach out for guidance and you may not know how things will turn out, but as the old saying goes, "you never know unless you try".
